Hi

I am a 16 year old male. I have been on the nutrition center to look for the right diet i worked out the amount of protein and carbohydrates and i found that if i followed it i would strave I am 5'9' and i weight 75kg has anyone got any ideas that can help

no i am not trying to lose weight. i am a teenager that has an meduim build body that's fairly toned. but i eat a lot of food whether it's food with protein or junk food. i wanted to know if anyone body else had this problem and could help me solve it

lose the junk food bro..they won't do you any good...what you want to do is divide your meal into 3 portions (carbs + protien + fat).
you'll usually get the fat from the carb and protien sources..also keep the carbs a bit higher than the protein.

Eat more proteins to bring up your calories. If you still are low throw in a couple of meal replacement shakes. That would shoot your calories up to where they should be.
