Hi

I have recently joined the gym and am doing weights (working all muscle groups) and then doing about 30 mins cardio. I try to do this 3 to 4 times per week. I was wondering what I should be eating before and after the gym. I eat fish, dairy and eggs but no red meat or chicken.

I have generally tried to cut out as much processed food as possible and eat more at lunch than I would eat at dinner.

I try to snack on dried fruit, nuts, seeds etc.
