I was just wondering what all you super fit people eat in a day? I workout 6 days a week and seem to be in a rut with mye eating.
I have noticed lately that it seems all I eat during the day is a protein shake, protein bar, pudding or maybe some cottage cheese. I want to get some good healthy things from the store, but not sure what to get. What are some good foods to get that I could eat during the day? Thanks
