Hi, I'm Aubrey. (The name is deceiving...I'm a dude) Starting a lifting routine next week and was wondering if anyone could tell me how to customize the workout log sheets and calendar to accomodate my limited equipment.

The workout I selected is for "experienced" lifters, a category I can't claim affinity with. If you've got some other suggestions I'm game too.
