I am looking to make some strength gains and getting cut. I have heard that xenadrine is the best? Is this true? Also, how much creatine should I be taking daily. I am about 230 lbs. I am using the creatine from Prosource, I believe it is called German Creatine. Is there any other recommendations for supplements concerning getting cut up? I heard about animal cuts??? Thanks!!

I think most of what you'll need to do is to modify your diet and do cardio (at least 3x per week). These have to be done first. Then, you can look into fat burners such as Xenadrine, Animal Cuts, etc.

As far as creatine, you really don't need more than 5-10g per day. Also, make sure you see the Creapure stamp on your creatine.

Good luck!
