I believe that you should take the creatine after you have completed your total workout. Cardio still requires the muscles to expend energy at an enormous rate if you're doing 65-80%. So I wait till I have finished my who9le workout.

As far as i know creatine kinda forces water into the muscles and increases strentgh and size! It's certainly worth a try, as theres a good chance that you will put on some extra muscle mass..There are so many different brands out there so try the one that ft recommend and what i use ( cell-tech creatine)by Muscle -tech.You can get it from GNC! Remember to up your water intake though.....i drink about 10 pints of water a day.Go for at least 5..good luck!

creatine helps with ATP production which is the energy source of the cells. Increasing the availability of creatine to the cell for metabolism in theory helps with recovery time of the cell and allows for more energy to be available. A side effect of this is that it draws water into the cell thus at first reducing urine output till the body adjusts. Research still out on cycling creatine as no long-term studies done due to the new arrival of this product. So yes drink lots of water and as a precaution you may want to cycle 1 week off every 2 months on. There's a creatine newsletter available online that helps with these questions.

Well, its within 45 mins. of your cardio.
And if you just want to increase performance, then just go thru the maintainance dose, and not the loading dose.
