Cardio, when should I do it?

Hi, I am new.

Can someone please let me know if I should do cardio before or after the excercises? I see that they are listed on the bottom of the page after all the stretching and training. Is this correct. Please help!! Regards Simon

I am new here as well and am no pro by any means, but I've always been told to do cardio either after your workout or first thing in the morning prior to breakfast. Hope that helps!
