Thanx for all the help! But few more questions...how do I determine the 60 to 70 % max? Also when using the EFX machine, is there any specific "setting" or program I should use? THank you for all the help!!

The general rule to find your target hr is:

220- your age, 60% of that - 70% of that hope that answers your question.
