Please if anyone can answer when you are doing both cardio and weight training on the same day . Which should be performed first ?

In my opinion you should do weight training before cardio.
This is because you can use your full energy and efforts in weight training and build muscle.
If you do cardio first,  you would be exhausted and cannot train with weights with that effort for maximum gains out of your workout.
I think you would be satisfied with my answer.
