I created a workout plan but I'm not exactly sure how long I should be doing cardio before I work out. 

Anyone know? :)

My traininer (the in-person one at the gym that I used to have) had us do a good 15 minute warmup before we hit the weight machines, then do another good solid 30 minutes after weights.  Not saying i did the full 30 afterwards. I probably should have.  Would be farther along in progress if I didn't cheat!  LOL
