i have always followed a low fat healthy diet but the last year i put on 20 pounds my thighs are huge and my stomache is big and i have love handles i do the firm workout 3 times a week and i work 13 hour shifts on my feet i can't lose this weight for anything it is like my metabolism has just shut down i am so depressed can anyone help????????????
I am not sure what you mean by the firm workout but you may need to increase the intensity and the amount of times a week you workout. Do you mix cardio workouts in with your weight training? You should fill out your profile and give us more information.
Have you had a physical to make sure there are no medical reasons for this? My first thought would be a thyroid problem. If you are still pretty young, you may just be going through a growth spurt. It happens. Are you female?
