I am doing this Advance Program because I believe that I reached my platue. After 8 weeks of program, it seems that I didn't gain muscle or my figure didn't change. I started with 37" chest and after the 8 weeks, I am still 37" chest. Can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong.
I am carrying heavier weights from the start of the program.
I just recently start taking Whey Protein 3x a day instead of 2x a day when I started.
