Ive been getting into constant fights with my girlfriend and for some reason everytime im depressed i can't eat at all it just makes me feel sick and i dont feel hungry ever.

i get the same thing sometimes.....i feel like i have to force myself to eat, eventho i dont want to. it is usually when i am really busy and stressed out. In the long run i know that not eating is very unhealthy and you need to find the willpower to force yourself to eat.

Yeah lol im alrite now ay one day out of all the chaos i just felt like eating and havent stopped since! now

lol......thats the otherthing that undereating will do.....all of the sudden you will go on a week long binge, taking in all the food you can find:P
