I'm 14 years old I've been to a lot of websites looking up nutrion and exercise, so that I can evaluate how much I need and what to do. For about the past 2 months I've been running 1.5 miles in 15-30 mins time (I usually switch, run walk, run walk etc.)This was every other day. I'd also do 50 crunches and 50 leg curls (using 40 pounds weight on a machine) every other day.

As far as I know, everytime I'd do these exercise I would be very exhausted and feel like I would just fall down but I kept going. However, I still wouldn't lose weight or barely firm up (or atleast that's what I think). So recently I stopped working out and gained about 7 pounds. Weighing about 118 lbs then, and now 125.
I don't think I look any fatter, but I think it's also abnormal to gain that much (muscle) weight in that period of time. So I'm assuming it is mostly fat.
Could anyone give me advice? I'm very happy with my body and it is healthy, but I just want it to be healthier and slimmer so I can continue to do sports and mostly Soccer. Because during my games in Soccer I just get so worn out in running. Any suggestions? They'd be very appreciated!! :)

Sorry I guess I forgot to explain what I wanted.
But I wanted to start losing away my excess fat and have more energy through working out and eating right. Yet, I don't know what the problem is because when I did work out and eat right nothing still happened.

If you are eating well like you say and still getting very tired in your workout you may be deconditioned. Have you all of a sudden started to do a lot more in your workout? If this is not the case you should go see your doctor and make sure nothing is off with your body.

I suggest intead of your current routine....try doing...

once or twice a week do sprints....100-200 meter sprints...rest minute then repeat....for sets of 8-12.....you'll sprint all out....

and once or twice a week go distance running 3+ miles....go as long as oyu cna handle....work your way to 5+.......this might take you a couple hours as you begin but eventually you'll be doing 5 miles in an hour....or less....

to lose weight you'll need to cut calories...that simple...

I am assuming you're female....so you can gain or lose water weight....during your period you can retain a lot of water.....
