hay baden, how you doing? At 13 years of age you will find it hard to lose body fat because of pubity your hormons will be kicking in, the best way to do it would to be find a sport you like to do weather its football, soocer, or a high inderance sport. this will help you burn those cal's.

all the best.

hec, are you being sarcastic on every single post he makes?

and BADEN, as Carivan says, diet is the key fot weight loss. that plus cardio and hard work.
personnally, i will recommend you to make a search on FT buddy and learn about fat loss and fat loss tips. go to the net too and get a minimal of knowledge about thsi about entering a fat loss plan.
why? with my personal experience i can tell that you will make a lot of errors and will regret them in a future. so better read up to avoid as many mistakes as you can.

hope it helps

hey everyone,

im 15 at the moment

i want to lose the most fat as possible in 3 months, i do around 150 sittups every other day and do pushups almost every day but nothing is working for me.

by the way, i only get a chance to go to the gym every other weekend so its kind of hard for me to get any cardio into my life

i was thinking that there mite be a diet i could try out to help with my fat loss. lately i have been getting a good amount of fiber and calcium to help with digestion and keeping my body from absorbing too much fat. is there anything else anyone can sugest to help me?

any feedback would be appreciated, thx
