I'm actually out of idea about what to eat in the morning after my cardio...So, if 1 of U could help me with cool breakfast recipes..

I usually have a banana, raisins and something else, either toast, cereal, eggs etc. If i have the banana and 100g of raisins i know whatever else i have i'll be A. Full and B. Nutritioned (ok that's not a word, Nutritiised? Nutritiated?)

Yes, do a search. Good recipes and very nutritious. I still want to try the oatmeal pancakes. I usually have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, maybe some eggs (if time permits), then I eat again about 2 hours later. I am usually not really hungry after cardio, so I force the cereal down and by the time I have my snack, I am good and ready to eat.

The pancakes are worth the effort but usually during the week I don't want to get out of bed and head for work till I have to. It's the lazy way but I make my protein shake the night before - I put my protein, yogurt, fruit (bannana, strawberries, etc), uncooked oatmeal, flax seed oil and a little skim milk, plus a little peanut butter depending on the goal at the time all in the blender. Give it a couple of shakes in the morning and you're good to go. Fairly long lasting also.
