Does anyone know of a Bodybuilding channel on TV? Or, a program carried on a channel. I have seen competitions on ESPN, but nothing for the workout enthusiast who isn't interested in elite endurance competitions. I live on the East coast and have a large number of cable channels but can't find anything......

There rarely is anything on.. I once saw a show (I forgot what channel?.. discovery?) that showed something along the lines of an in depth look of bodybuilding.. but thats it.. I heard that fox sports or something like that showed the Mr. Olympia competition... but in general I think this sport doesn't really get that much attention (on TV anyway)

Yeah.. it's been dying off. But thanks to physical-tv, the NOC, Arnold Classic and Mr. Olympia will all be aired this year.

On the Fox channels there is a show on monthly called Muscle Sport USA. It covers the comp's from High level amatuer to Pro in both Male and Female as well as the Fitness comps. There is always Worlds Strongest Man (he he he).

On The Learning Channel I watched an awesome special on Body Bulders. They followed Flex Wheeler aroud and it showed him train, eat, sleep, family life, compete. Everything a pro body builder does. They also trailed Shannon Ryan, (I think that was her name) and showed everything she did ect. Keep an eye out for the rerun of the show. BQ
