Ok I know that having your bodyfat percentage decreasing is a very good thing, and my body fat went down like 7%. But the thing is that my weight hasn't changed a bit. I'm trying to add on some mass, but I haven't gained any weight. Does anybody know what's going on? Any advice?

If your bodyfate percentage has decreased, but you have not changed in weight, you have gained mass. Think about it. If you start with 50 lbs of fat and 200 pounds of LBM then you have your BF% is 20 percent. Now if you maintain a weight of 250 but now have a body fat percentage of 13 percent than your new LBM is 217.5 lbs with a fat weight of 32.5 lbs. So you have gained 17.5 pounds of mass and lost that much fat. In essence if your numbers are correct you have done what most of us dream of. Congratulations.
