i'm 138 pounds 5 feet 1inches tall i'm eating the six meals
aday its working well; until the last week now i'm noticing
i'm bloating in the midsection any advice on what in could
be NO NOT EXPECTING

SOmetimes an increase in fiber can make you bloat..increase your water intake
