I have started taking a MRP one serving per day over the last two weeks. I am using ON's Whey based MRP. I have developed a tremendous bloat over the last few days. I am taking the supplement either before or after lunch depending on how the day goes. The bloat seems to push my abs out ALOT. I feel like I am holding my abs in 40-50% all afternoon and especially after dinner. Does eating large portions cause this. I don't feel like I am large portions but I may be.

I had a similar experience after my first week and actually gained 5 lbs, but I thought it was all the water I was taking in...guess this could have been it. Mine dropped off very quickly after the first week. So give your body time to adjust and see if it goes away. Keep us posted.

I took my whey protein (not MRP) shake ths morning and had a normal lunch. I had 3/4 of a MRP this afternoon and a normal dinner this evening. I had another whey shake after lifting this evening. I had no bloating today. I am unsure of why today was different. I wonder if I had more water yesterday on top of the MRP. I'll keep posting this for the next few days at least.
