I work out 5 days a week. I work out each body part one day a week. Bicep day is done on Tuesday and triceps are done on Thursday. I do 4 exercises for each body part and 3-4 sets each exercise. I keep a high protein diet. Though I do all of this it just seems like my arms aren't getting any bigger. They are definitely cut but not as big as I think they should be. I lift heavy on every exercise as well; usually about 6-10 reps. Any suggestions?

tri's is whats going to make your arms appear bigger. try signing up for a program here on FT. Something else you might wanna take a look at is your diet. I'm with charlie maybe you should try changing your routine. 4 exercises for biceps and triceps seems like a lot to me. Bi's and tri's are among the smaller muscle groups so it could be possible your over training. hope that helps a little.

you need to add about 10 solid good lbs over all to your body.....to get close to 1in on the guns.
what about your back, chest, and shoulders........are they strong /big........your arms won't grow .."just cause" you want them too.......guys with big chest, back and shoulders, legs......have big guns
