I am looking to get good direction in which exercises will benefit me the most. I have decided to take on our biggest loser office challenge in hopes that the competition will help me get more motivated than i have been in years. Also I have had injuries to both of my knees and have not found a good routine of exercises that inflict the least amount of pain on my knees. If anyone has any advice I would love to hear it.
