Why are you concentrating on high reps? Any fasted AM cardio?

I would start with getting your diet in order...solid foods...eating only when hungry.

Supplements aren't really necessary after 2 weeks of working out. They are just that "supplements" They are used to supplement an already perfected diet and exercise routine. Maybe after progress stalls, it would be wise to start looking at supps. I would also advise still trying to progress in the weight you use. If you xcan increase strength, then you should. This will be prime time for you for strength gains.

yes i have been increasing weight slowly cause my secondary objective is to gain lean muscle mass and eventually transform my whole look ... its hard for me to eat enough protein so i have been drinking isopure since it is no carbs and just tryin to stay with the grilled chicken, tuna... staying away from whites such as bread and rice
