If you are trying to put on weight, it will be impossible to lose that thin layer of fat on your stomach. If you are trying to put on weight, lots of chicken, tuna, eggs, brown rice, and just healthy foods and lots of it. If you want to lose weight, just eat less of the same, and throw in a little cardio. Its all about calories in vs. calories out. Make a journal of what you are eating and what your goals are etc... and adjust your caloric intake accordingly. Trying to lose weight and didn't lose weight that week,(1 pound is a good weight to lose in a week) then the next week eat about 500 calories less. Trying to gain weight, do the same but if you don't see progress, then increase your caloric intake by about 500 until you see the progress you want. Sorry thats so long, if you want more of an explanation you can e-mail me at mtlong33@yahoo.com
