So i've started training for a few months, and i'm still not seeing the benefits, i'm still sparked out after work each day, out of breath after football etc. I've really tried to cut down my eating and start eating more healthy, i've stopped drinking, eat more fruit etc, however i still seem to always have bread everyday which i know doesn't do me any favours! what kind of foods do other people eat when they train? because my motivation to train is dwindling and really do need a pick up and refresh my training situation now... HELP?!
