The results I was given are alarmingly low.

The recommended protein seems to be too low. I am eating 3 times the recommended amount. :(
But overall recommended calories seems right. I guess people should adjust p/c/f ratio according to their goal. :)

I don't think it takes into account weight training. It's an average.
