OK I been thinking latly, and with school starting, I need somthing that can be done 3 days a week that will give me strength, and maybe hopfully help get rid some body fat.
heres my idea
Workout one
bench press 5 sets supersetted w/ t bar rows 5 sets
Incline db press 5 sets supersetted w/pul ups 5 sets
physio ball flys 4 sets
skull crushers 4 sets
dips 4 sets
workout 2
Squats 5 sets
jumping squats 3 sets supsetted seted leg curls 4 sets
standing leg curls super setted with leg extensions 4 sets
bb curls 5 sets
hammer curls 4 sets
workout 3
Up right rows 4 sets super setted w/
arnold presses 3 sets
One arm cleans 3 sets
one leged leg press 3 sets
deadlifts 5 sets
glut ham
SHoulder day is very watered down I know, I can't do too much cause of cheerleading shoulder wise, cause cheerleading is a military press over and over again.
any suggestons?
Also 10 mins cardio done on work out days, and abbs 2 times a week as I need

It's a french press, type of tri-extension but laying on your back.

lying on back, on a bench,head off bench, easy curl bar or straight you hold the weight as if your going to bench press it, however holding your elbows toward the ceiling, you lower the weight past your head, behind you, then push back to lock out keeping your elbows in and up.
The reason you lower behind the head, as to toward your head are for safty reasons, and its nto full range, i fyou lower behind your head, gravity keeps tension on the tris the whole way up and down, and a beter stretch of the tricep.

Why not have something like
Deadlift day, Bench day, Squat day
or.. Pull day Push day Leg day
then do your mains like
Deads
Stiff deads
barb Rows
Chins or pullups..
barb Shrugs
( i would add good mournings too i just feel lower back is so important to me anyway also cleans)
barbBench
Miltary press
Closegrip bench
dips
Pushups - As many as u can do just to finish u off 3 sets
( may add incline bench if u want )
Squats
leg press
Calfs raises
barb Curls
ABs every day after workout with HIIT cardio 10-15min or how ever long you said
dont kno what u think i use to do that as my workout lol was sexy for me anyway :):big_smile::dumbbell:

try some of the workouts I have posted if you're are really serious about this. They are tried and tested and have shown great results for a variety of people. You can be a like a fly trying find its way out and keep banging your head into the window or you can try something new and fly around the corner out the door to freedom.
