Hey guys and gals just thought I would put up a post and see if I could draw some good advice from the community. I am about to head to the US Army in 96 days. I want to get my body into better shape so I can preform above standards. If anyone has the time to help me develop a workout plan and or diet please let me know!

Jace,

Doesn't your recruiters office have a poolee program? The ruecruiters should be helping to get you in shape for basic. To prepare for the army, you should run, do pushups, and do sit ups. I dont have the requirements on hand; however, there is a post on here where I posted their regulations. Look it up in the seach option at the bottom of the page.

Jace, I already thought your body was in good condition but hey, if you want to then join a gym and lay off the pizza. (I guess working out is more important than coming back to LA to see me)
