Any advice on workout

I am 14 and I play soccer, well I need to be bigger by next fall. So I need a workout that will be able to do that. So any tips??? Please help me!!!!

Have freeweights at home? Have money and time to hit the gym? Rpacheco has got the idea.... eat. Eat anything that has plenty of protein. If you're able, hit the gym and start liftin those weights around. Just stay away from supplements because your only 14 and still growing. A good multivitamin is fantastic though. GL-
