Hi, ive been training hard and eating well but struggle to loose weight, informed by gym trainer that i'm holding on to stress (particularly round my middle no matter what ab work i do, loosing weight off everywhere but middle)fitness and diet good but weight stuck. any advice?
Middle is first place to gain and last place to leave. Notice how when you begin to lose people notice? Thats because your face shows first even though fat is coming off evenly from everywhere. Give it time keep doing what you are doing and don't give up. I do question what your trainer said about stress!
