Lots of people want a shredded six pack! The only equipment used in this workout is a mat (optional). Though I can't promise you one, here is a decent ab workout that I do daily to build up my core. Here it is:                                

1. Crunches (20 reps)
2.Abdominal Crunches (20 reps) 
3. Plank (30 seconds)
4. Heel Touches (15 reps)
5. Reverse Crunches (20 reps)
Repeat as many times as you want. 

That's it! I hope this helped. Doing this at least twice or thrice a week will strengthen your core and burn off fat. But remember- I can't promise abs of steel. Comment down below if you enjoy this workout and want more!!!
