Only if you use weighted ab exercises, your bodyfat level drops below about 8% (for males) and you have your diet in good order.

don't take anyone's advice seriously till you have experimented. try it without weight first then move onto weighted exercises. if you jump straight into it you may injure yourself.:dumbbell:

Where does this theory come from? I NEVER use weights for my abs and I have a pretty good 6 pack.

You more than likly already have a low body fat percent, but I was always told just to use your body weight in high school, now people tell me to use weights......very confusing..........I guess after a while you should add resistance as well just as you would any other muscle................coaster.....diet is the key to abbs, you can do all the cruches you want, weighted or not, but unless you drop body fat, it will just stick out more.

my experience in developing a six pack started with body weight for a few years till i felt i was ready for heavier things. i eventually hurt my back exercising all the time with weights so i only use them once every 2 weeks.:surprised:

I have a 16% body fat according to the thing. Do you think the program might work with that? I have been doing situps myelf for a while, but with out the total results im looking for. so i thought i would give this thing a try. I just need to know if I should really even give it a try with my current condition. :(
