Abs-Everyday, 3X A Week, 1X A Week??????

I have heard so many different things about it. That it is the type of muscle that you can do every day. That it is like any other muscle and you should only do it once a week. And that every other day is the ideal plan. Some say three times a week.

Somebody who has the answer...please help me and let me know.

The abs are a muscle group and should be worked like all the rest.

IMO, if you work them as a sole muscle group, once, maybe twice a week is fine. They will in fact though, get plenty of work just doing big movements.
