With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I have heard so many different things about it. That it is the type of muscle that you can do every day. That it is like any other muscle and you should only do it once a week. And that every other day is the ideal plan. Some say three times a week.
Somebody who has the answer...please help me and let me know.
