I heard/read somewhere that working your abs everyday is ok but it is better to work them every other day? You get results faster that way. Is this true?? (I know about not being able to spot reduce and all that and that no matter how much you work your abs you can't take the fat away without cardio, diet, etc...) I just wanted to know which way brings better/faster results or if it even matters.

Your abd need to rest.They are no different from other muscles we have. Train them every 2nd day, if you want, but remember, they are also getting hit as a secondary muscle if you are doing other exercises.
