With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
First, good/bad news: My gym is undergoing major renovations - good. Locker room time is being split, every other day for men/women. This means no locker room and no gym every other day - bad, very bad, earth-shatteringly bad - uh, have I become obsessive?
One trainer came up with a two-day/three-day workout using the time limitation to focus on concentrated training and breaking up everyone's routine. So its not great to have the problem, but one trainer - at no monetary advantage to himself - is trying to help the situation. If I get the money together to work with a trainer, guess who I'm gonna call.
