Ok i mean

408 g carbs for a 5'6 160lbs trying to slim down is this too much? (Yeah i'll be doing some wight lifting too)

I think so. I believe that BB1 stated that for wieght loss you should aim for about 11 calories per pound, and one gram of protein per pound. Therefore, if you do that then you need 160 grams of protien. I also allow myself 20 percent fat, wich gives you a total of 39 grams of fat, leaving room for only 192 grams of carbs(total calories 1760). I am sure others will give better advice, but here is a place to start.
