Hey i have been trying to get that 6-pack! But so far i just got a 4 pack! How do i work my lower abs and side obliques?

try side cruches for your obliques.
get in a cruch position, go straight up as normal but then twist to the side.

for lower abs, try reverse crunches.
lay on floor in crunch position, lift lefts off the floor at 90 degree angle. Then, lift legs just enough so lower abs are off the floor.

Ill try these suggestions... And what are some good balnced diet choices??
