I have a cross trainer at home and use it roughly twice a week now, as im waiting for a running macchine. I also walk, do crunches etc and dance.

for my thriod, Im on a quite high dosage and have it checked reguly. I avoid high fat foods, and have a very good vegetrain diet.

What are the best exercise i can do for my problem? and how much in a week?

What's a "stone"?
Cardio and diet are the best things to drop fat. Maybe 3x's per week 20 min per day. Depends on how active you are now. Do you do any cardio while you are waiting for your running machine?

A stone is 14 pounds, its how we measure ourselfs in the UK, so much easiler lol.

I do the Cross trainer for up to 40 mins at a time, and i do tend to do 3 times a week if possible. I also walk (power walk), do toning streches and the ocassionl work out video
