Hi everyone. I have been using this program for about 6 months and have made some gains but need to eat more, it's not easy. Anyway, I have a 13 year old son that wants to work out and I'm not sure as to what he should and should not do. I can pull off a routine here for myself but what about my son? Something that would give him steady gains and to gain some weight as he is thin: strong but thin. What should I do? Where can I get him a program to work with?

ace.. be sure to eat eat eat! :)

alright, for your son.. it would not be wise to get him into weight training just yet. However, he should do freehand exercises for another few years atleast. The home training program here at ft would be great. Try to use pushups, freehand squats, crunches, and perhaps can curls or can side laterals.. and most cardio activities as well as sports.

In the meanwhile, concentrate on his diet. Increase Protein to atleast 1.0 grams per pound of lean bodyweight. No JUNK!

Good Luck

I'm a 14 years old boy and I just start with the home training program. So I think it will be good with this program.
