Do a search on plyometric exercises...this will help in developing explosiveness.

why dont you workout with your highschool team , your coach should be able to help u out, maybe your not doing the right type of sets and repitions counts, have you tried asking anybody else, try eating healthy and make sure its a balanced diet, do other exercises to help increase your chest strength such as tricep extensions close grip bench press push ups pull ups dumb bell press incline bench press.

For the explosiveness and speed try starting off with some hops and progress your way up to some plyometric exercises. These can include box jump up and jump downs. Try doing them on two leg and one leg. Also try and emphasize one leg work since this simulates many positions used in football. Keep in mind both feet are rarely on the ground at the same time. Also try doing skaters because they will work on your lateral cutting ability.

If you're really concerned about football, why are you so intent on raising your bench press. How can explosiveness be secondary to pressing?
