I have been stuck on the same body weight now for about a month. I have now started to make protein shakes to take after my lifting to help me gain some mass. Any help as to if this is good or something I should add would be appreiciated.

My shake has:
12 oz milk
1 Banana
3 ice cubes
2 TBSP of Peanut butter
1 serving of whey protein
1 TBP of honey

So my shake has about 550 calories, 15 grams of fat, and 40 grams of protein.
I drink my shake with two slices of whole wheat toast. so total calories of the meal is 750. It has 107 grams of carbs but 39 of which are sugar.

Will this help me add some mass??

If you have surplus calories, you will gain weight, post-workout shake or not. You just have to make sure you are in a surplus. Try to avoid fats in your PW shake, this will slow down absorption, so skip the peanut butter. For post workout, you want to have as much simple sugars as possible, sugars that are high on the GI index. All I have in my PW shake is dextrose, maltodextrin and whey protein.
