Hi all,
I'm 6'1", 205 lbs and about 13% body fat. I've been training for about 11 months and I've just started a three week cut phase. I've been on Cell-Tech (1/2 doses) for about 3 weeks and I've been on animal cuts for about a week and I'm intaking about 2200 calories a day(60%protien, 35% carbs, and 15% fat). I've heard that animal cuts helps you cut excess water weight. I'm currently drinking about 128 oz. of water a day. My question is, since creatine needs lots of water to work and animal cuts supposedly sheds water, is this stack counter productive or could there be some health risks involved.

Thanks

Yes, it's true that Animal Cuts helps get rid of excess water retention...but the key word here is "excess." I don't think they are counter-productive at all. And, I don't readily see a health risk, unless of course you have a pre-existing medical condition. Since Cuts is a thermogenic, it can complicate your health if you have a medical condition. Always consult with your physician if you are not sure about specific supplements.

Good luck!
