Hey Im 6'2" 156 (14%fat) I would like to shred some fat and maybe gain a lil muscle. I am starting to work out this week with "skinnyguy" and I would like to know some supplements that will help me acheive my goal. I pretty much just wanna get ripped:) Thanx

The basic ones are creatine, glutamine, protein and a good multivitamin. Stick with these for now.
