Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

I just started taking designer whey instead of nitro-tech due to the supply choices we had at the time. I just bought a small tub and was wondering which one of these is better? Designer seems to be more expensive with about 2.5g less protein. They are equally good in taste for me, but I want to take the better one.

Roni, for me it's all about the taste and how well they mix with water. Of course, the ingredients is just as important...protein and sugar content especially.

Thank you. Just had it taken when I went back to the States. Man, I miss my little girl. I am in Sgt's Course right now, so it is keeping me really busy. Lots of homework and the PT is intensifying. It is hard to keep up with my workout, but I am doing alright so far.
