Please help!!
Im trying to pack on a few pounds of lean muscle. Ive been going to the gym for about a year and while im getting more muscular im after faster results.
What should I take?

Building Muscle takes time and effort in the gym, and a proper Diet. If patience came in pill form....
There are obviously things you can do to enhance the process. Scan the posts for info on on creatine &
L-glutamine, put in key words like "build muscle" "muscle"
"protein drinks" you will get LOADS of ideas!!!!
