Hi
I have been lifting weights on and off for 10 years. I onced peaked at about 18stone, I am 6ft 5inch. My diet always has let me down I am now determined to put on 1.5stones of good lean muscle but will need as much advice and help as possible when it comes to nutrition I have never calculated my intake or ever really given it too much thought. I now realise this is an essential part of my training. I am looking for a realistic list of meals which I can stick to and combine with a busy work schedule. Cheers Harry Scotland.

Welcome to ft, Harry! My first advice would be to poke around the various boards, particularly the Nutrition section. There have been many posts on meal samples and even some website addresses you can check out.
