Hello everyone. I work 4 crew which 7 days7-3,1 day off,7 of 3-11, 2 days off,7 of 11-7 and 4 off, all of these days coupled with alot of overtime. I only average 5-6 hours of sleep. I have to change my eating, sleeping, running, and lifting habits every week. My question is can would anyone know if I caqn expect significant gains with this kind of schedule.
