hello everyone. Ive been working out for awhile now. i saw a lot of results and i made good progress. And then i felt like i was gaining anymore. Strength yes, size no. Ive tried lots of supplements and diets and gainers. Any new ideas. Also, if anyone has some good bi's and chest tips?

Welcome to ft! First, I would suggest you sign up for an FT mass program and choose to target your chest. You've probably hit a plateau, but can't really tell as we don't know anything about you (gender, current training regimen, etc.). Fill out your profile and tell us more about yourself.

You could also tell us what your current workout looks like.. maybe you could do some drop sets.. negatives.. or forced reps.. but that would only be if what your doing isn't work OR if you didn't sign up for an ft program... you probably should try the ft programs first as i've been doing the chest mass program forever now and have seen some pretty good results from it so far...
