Why do I have the same exercises every day??? Is that usual for one week, are they going to change next week...or what?
Thanks.

welcome to ft!

same exercises everyday? That's weird.. so for example.. you have squats for 7 days?

.. please give me your daily workouts for this week.

I'm training at home without weights, 5 days a week.
My daily workouts are : CHEST-push-ups, SHOULDERS-side laterals, BACK-chins between chairs, BICEPS-can curls, TRICEPS-dips behind the back, LEGS-home squats,CALVES-calf raises....and every day the same.
The same thing happens with the Program for abs, the same every day.
???
Thank you, you're very kind. :)

blueroseana i have the same program, At my opinion the exercise program will stay the same, with some exception. The reps will make the difference in our respective program, I find my program to be very effective!

yeah-i have exactly the same-home training and 5 days a week-all the same exercises. i reckon when u get further in2 the intermediate section, then your exercises will vary more.

If you are repeating an exercise the goal is too increase the weight you are using, adding a little each time you do the exercise. A good rule of thumb is add 5 lb on upper body exercises and 10 lb on lower!
