I am a new member and you may all think I am thicl but I don't know what to put in the input weight bok as I have trained for athletics before but never with weights for example what weight is used for a set of 15 reps of push ups?

You can use your body weight.

It's been my experience here that you can ask anything you want. No one here will think the less.

You should probably enter 0. That way, you can strap some weights on your back if you want to feel more challenged doing these. Then, you can enter the weights.
